Here at GM Treble we are doing all within our power to continue operating as normal, whilst ensuring the safety of our customers and employees during the widely covered Covid-19 pandemic.
In accordance with government guidelines our employees have been advised to keep face to face contact to a minimum and as such our sales teams are actively re-arranging on-site meetings and replacing with phone calls where it is feasibly practical to do so.
Engineering site visits for product commissions and breakdowns continue to operate as routine, with government guidance of best hygiene practices followed when entering and leaving all sites. Given the current situation, any job for the health service is being treated as a priority for completion.
Whilst our trade counters remain operational, we ask customers to follow government guidance on hygiene practices when entering our premises. Should customers prefer to limit face to face interaction, next day or even same day deliveries (where possible) can be arranged rather than physically visiting these branches.
Within our centrally located warehousing facility in the West Midlands, we hold in excess of £3m of stock which we can actively call from to keep our client orders fulfilled in a timely manner.
We have raised additional stock purchases from all our key suppliers and although some may be experiencing delays in receiving imported parts and products; our stock holding on key lines remains strong and technical expertise allows for alternative solutions to be offered should it be necessary.
